At Penny Louise Beauty we aim to make things as easy and relaxing as possible. We have compiled some information into our “good to know” section that may put your mind at ease when booking your appointment at Penny Louise Beauty.   • To book an appointment, simply visit our Fresha booking page and choose the service you’d like. Select your preferred date and time, then enter your contact details to confirm your booking. Some services may require a deposit, which can be paid securely through Fresha at checkout. Once completed, you’ll receive an instant confirmation and reminder notifications before your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, you can easily manage your booking through your Fresha account at any time.

  • Once your appointment is booked via fresha you will receive a email prompting you to complete the consultation form. Please note for any eyelash or brow treatment a patch test must be carried out before your first treatment then repeated every 6. if you fail to get a patch test i will not be able to provide your service and will have to rearrange.

    patch tests do not require a booking and can be carried out any week day 9am - 9pm and any weekend day 9am-6pm at sun station horsforth.

  • We are located inside Sun Station Horsforth. 137 new road side, horsforth, Leeds, LS184QD. we have a car park located at the rear of our shop. Please note our salon is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users due to having to use stairs to access. If you are a wheel chair user and would like to book a treatment i am more than happy to offer the treatment mobile and come to your home.

    These Terms & Conditions outline the policies and procedures of penny louise beauty .By booking an appointment with us—whether through Fresha, in person, or any other method. you agree to the following terms.

    1. BOOKINGS

    1.1 All appointments must be made through our official Fresha booking system or directly with the salon.
    1.2 To secure your booking, fresha requires verified card details to be held on the system and if your appointment is canceled within 24 hours prior or a no show a 50% or full amount will be taken. All data is handled in accordance with Fresha’s privacy policy.
    1.3 By booking, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

    2. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

    2.1 Some services may require a deposit or prepayment through Fresha.
    2.2 Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in Section 4 (Cancellations & Refunds).
    2.3 The remaining balance (if any) is due immediately upon completion of your service.

    3. APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION

    3.1 Fresha will send confirmation and reminder messages via email or SMS.
    3.2 It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are correct and reminders are received.
    3.3 Failure to receive reminders does not exempt you from our cancellation, lateness, or no-show policies.

    4. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & REFUNDS

    4.1 Cancellations or rescheduling must be made via Fresha no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
    4.2 Cancellations made within the notice period will not incur a fee, and deposits may be used for future bookings at our discretion.
    4.3 Late cancellations (less than 48 hours may result in:

    • Loss of deposit, and/or

    • A cancellation fee of 50%
      4.4 No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may require prepayment for future bookings.
      4.5 Refunds are issued only at the salon’s discretion and only when justified.

    5. LATENESS POLICY

    5.1 Please arrive on time for your appointment.
    5.2 Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may:

    • Have their service shortened, or

    • Be marked as a no-show, resulting in full charges
      5.3 We reserve the right to refuse service if lateness disrupts our schedule.

    6. HEALTH & SAFETY

    6.1 Please inform your technician of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before your treatment.
    6.2 We reserve the right to decline service if we believe the treatment is unsafe for you.
    6.3 Children or additional guests are not be allowed in treatment areas for safety reasons.

    6.4 a patch test must be carried our 24 hours before any first eyelash extension or brow appointment, a patch test will be repeated every 6 treatments. this will be stated on the fresha booking portal and is your responsibility to book, if a patch test is not given your treatment will not be able to be carried out.

    7. SERVICE SATISFACTION

    7.1 If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 24–48 hours.
    7.2 We may offer a fix or correction at no additional cost (at our discretion).
    7.3 Refunds are not guaranteed for dissatisfaction unless a fault is clearly attributable to our service.

    8. CONDUCT

    8.1 Abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or clients will not be tolerated.
    8.2 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates this policy.

    9. GIFT VOUCHERS & PROMOTIONS

    9.1 Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid until the expiry date stated.
    9.2 Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

    10. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

    10.1 Your personal information is stored securely through Fresha and in accordance with their privacy regulations.
    10.2 We do not share or sell your data to third parties.
    10.3 By booking, you consent to receiving appointment reminders and related communications.

    11. CHANGES TO TERMS

    11.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
    11.2 Updated terms will be posted on our booking page and/or website.
    11.3 Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
